Holds a law degree from the University of Guadalajara and is certified by the Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa Jalisco Chapter.

Counts with more than 17 years of experience in the fiduciary field, working as a bank officer in four fiduciary institutions in the western and northern regions of the country (Banco Santander, BBVA, Scotiabank Inverlat and Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano), where he was in charge of promoting, structuring, managing and operating all types of highly transactional trusts

Former member of the Judicial Council of the State of Jalisco as an Authorized Expert Translator and is certified with the International Legal English Course of the University of Cambridge.

In June 2015 she founded CLF Consultoría Legal y Fiduciaria in order to capitalize on her experience in the banking sector and to accompany both clients and fiduciary institutions in the application of trusts in the broad world of business and estate planning.

She has participated as a lecturer on trust matters for forums such as the Colegio de Corredores Públicos de Jalisco, A.C., Colegio de Abogados Anade Jalisco, Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios, A.C. (AMPI), Universities, Municipal Cadastres among other government entities and private initiative.

She is the legal coordinator allied to Family Business Association Mexico in the corporate, estate planning and leadership areas for business families around the country.

During the 2020 - 2022 biennium she is participating as a member of the Council of Colegio de Abogados de Empresa ANADE Jalisco chapter, entity in which she develops academic programs for the members.

She started her professional experience in 1999 participating in the legal firms Deloitte, Sánchez Alonso y Compañía and as an in-house counsel in companies such as IBM, The Villa Group (Puerto Vallarta), Hospital Puerta de Hierro and Grupo Finec; in which she developed the corporate and contractual areas, in addition to supporting the tax, finance and real estate areas.

In July 2015, she became a partner of the founder lawyer of Consultoría Legal y Fiduciaria, where she works in the areas of contracts, partnerships and legal translation, focusing on legal and asset prevention for companies. Among the clients of this firm are the real estate, transportation, construction and family businesses.

She has been an expert translator of the English language since 2001, authorized by the Judicial Council of the State of Jalisco, and since 2014 authorized by the Guadalajara City Hall, with several courses offered by the Organización Mexicana de Traductores.

She is also a member of the Family Business Association Mexico in the areas of law and estate planning for business families around the country.
